Wood Wick Troubleshooting:
If your wood wick is struggling to stay lit:
1. Trim the Wick: Ensure it’s trimmed to 1/8 inch (3mm). A wick that’s too long can cause it to extinguish.
2. Remove Charred Wood: Gently break off the burnt part of the wick before relighting.
3. Melt the Wax Pool: Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn (2-3 hours) to prevent tunneling.
4. Avoid Drafts: Ensure the candle is in a draft-free area for a stable flame.
